Our Clients

Elderly (65+)
The focus of support required by this range of service users is on the provision of personal and social care, house keeping and domestic support and companionship. They will require support to access the community, make and attend health and medical appointments and the order, reorder and collection of prescriptions and medicines from prescribing health professionals and dispensing pharmacies respectively. They will also require support with medication administration.
Young Adults (18 – 65)
This range of clients often present with behaviours that challenge in addition to their diagnosis. We at Torkan Care will provide services considering the environment and support the independence of the service users within their own homes, keeping them safe from risk of harm and abuse.
To effectively support this range of clients, our service users will be trained in Breakaway and De-escalation techniques that will provide them with the skills to support service users who present with challenging behaviour.
